Is there anything special I need to know about the job?

You need to have the work order done by the due date, If it is not completed by the due date we won't be paid for the work. You must take the right photos to document the work is done or to support the bid you are submitting. You are the eyes and ears of the Lender they won't know whats wrong with the property unless you show them. Read the work order completely each lender has their own requirements you must meet their requirements to complete the work order. If you have any questions call us.

What do I need to know about the lawn care

As with all work orders we need photos of the street sign, full front of house, and address either on the property, mail box, or stake. All orders must be turned in with photos on or before the due date to be paid. We need before, during and after photos. Before and after photos must be from the same location and angle. We recommend you take your before and after photos from the four corners of the property. Take three three (3) photos from each corner of the property, starting from the left side front, take one along the property line towards the back of the property, one towards the house, and one along the other property line(sidewalk,etc..)do this from each corner. Your after photos will be done the same way. If the grass is over 12 inches or the lot size is over 15,000 sqft you may bid the job. You should also bid the job if there is over 2 cuyds of debris in the way of the cutting. Lawns should not be cut if grass is under 4 inches. If the lot size is over 15,000 sqft you should also bid the price for re-cuts. Re-cuts are paid at $30.00 unless the lot is over sized. A trip charge of $15.00 is paid for any work orders you are unable to complete because of over sized lot, high grass, debris in way of mowing, grass is under 4 inches, or if the property is occupied. Trip charges of .50 cents a mile will be paid for orders over 30 miles, you must notify CGNAT the property is over 30 miles before the trip charge can be paid.
