A Commerical Property occupancy inspection determines which entity or entities, if any, are currently occupying a property. Names, numbers, rental information, agent or/or property manager information will be collected if possible.
If a "No Contact Occupancy Inspection" is ordered, CGNAT inspectors will NOT contact the occupants of the property.
